At Bridger Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging with tags still attached
  • Not marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return in your request.
  3. Once you receive your RA number, pack the item securely, including the original packing slip and a copy of the RA number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items to ensure they are returned safely.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
